Coming home – New Venue for Bhakti Yoga – Outram Hall, Murray’s Bay
Everyone’s enthused about our new venue! Outram Hall is situated directly opposite the beach, so when we open the glass double doors at the entrance we get a great view of the soothing bay! There is also a tunnel underpass from the hall to the beach which allows us to safely take the children to the playground and bay.
Our first Sunday evening featured kirtaneers, Sridam (leading the ecstatic chanting), Govinda (on guitar) and Nandu (on mridanga drum). Outram Hall has a special ambiance with its beautiful polished wooden floors, arched windows and stage with lots of room for dancing.
This new venue is sure to attract some locals as well as passer-bys along busy Beach Rd. Devotees are being drawn by the caring family atmosphere we are committed to creating.
A separate room at the rear of the hall allows us to provide devotional play to keep the young children involved and inspired.
